Flō Networks is a leading provider of telecommunications services between the US and Mexico. We provide connectivity and managed services to Fortune 1000 companies, telecommunications, and cable companies over a fiber optic network that spans over 35,000 km between both countries.

We are looking for a People Operations Coordinator to join our team
in Cd. Juarez, Mexico.

The Role:
The People Operations Coordinator will provide support to the business and our team members throughout their lifecycle from a human resources perspective.

The Responsibilities:

- Provide support throughout the employee lifecycle including recruiting, onboarding & offboarding, employee changes (promotions, transfers, etc.), background checks, employment verifications, uniforms, tools or others.
- Coordinate training needs assessments (DNC) and implement learning and development plans.
- Elaborate Annual Training Plan.
- Oversee and continuously improve employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Coordinate with other departments training inside and outside.
- Ensure execution and follow-up of competency-based development programs.
- Responsible for coordinating the employee language program, ensuring alignment with professional development plans.
- Support internal communication efforts and promote organizational culture.
- Serves as an intermediary between People Operations and other departments to guarantee successful execution of the Annual Training Plan and people matters.
- Provide general administrative support to the People Operations team.
- Support the planning, organization, and execution of company events.

The Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience is required.
- Must be bilingual (English and Spanish).
- 3+ years of experience in Human Resources, People Operations, or a similar role, with a focus on employee lifecycle management and training & development.
- Proven experience in coordinating and managing HR processes and programs.
- Self-motivated, quick learner, and challenge driven.
- Be passionate about people and service.
- Have excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast paced, team-oriented environment.
