We seek a Digital Marketing Strategist SR; who connects strategic thinking, audience analysis, and cultural insight to develop integrated communication strategies.

This role acts as a bridge between strategic vision and execution, collaborating closely with creative, data, content, and client teams to drive brand growth at both local and regional levels. Main responsibilities: Ability to translate data into actionable insights. Use of strategic frameworks (Brand Key, positioning, value proposition, archetypes). Structuring journeys and opportunity spaces (Consumer Journey, Jobs to Be Done, tension/opportunity).

Application of communication models (Get-To-By, Big Idea, 360° platforms). Analysis of audiences, competitors, and cultural trends. Identification of opportunities and areas for improvement. Interest in technology, data, and artificial intelligence.

What will help you succeed: 📈2–5 years of experience in strategic planning, marketing, research, or communications.

Experience

in advertising agencies, digital marketing, or consulting Participation in the development of digital and traditional strategies . xperience working on regional (LATAM) projects is a plus. This job can be filled in Mexico City | Hybrid Model *GUT is a business unit within Globant, operating as its creative and marketing division. All services are provided within the framework of Globant’s corporate governance, policies, and legal entities, as applicable in each jurisdiction.
