The HR Manager will play a vital role in executing the company’s core values of leadership, training, and talent acquisition within a high-growth environment. Role Summary The HR Manager is responsible for leading the human resources department in Mexico, ensuring that all people-related strategies align with business objectives. This role focuses on scaling the workforce, maintaining a positive workplace culture, and ensuring full compliance with Mexican Federal Labor Law . Qualifications & Requirements Education : Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management , Psychology, or Business Administration. Experience : 4-8+ years of progressive HR experience Language : Fully bilingual ( Spanish and English ) to coordinate with global leadership. Work Environment Location : On-site in Monterrey, Nuevo León . This position pays in MXN PESOS, 45k-55K per month.
