We're seeking a bilingual (English–Spanish) Virtual Assistant / Legal Assistant with strong experience in employment-based immigration to support U.S. law firms from a fully remote environment. IMPORTANT: We are ONLY accepting candidates with employment-based immigration experience (Work Visas & Employment Categories), including forms such as: DS-160, DS-260, I-129, I-140, O-1, EB-1, EB-2, L-1A, L-1B, H-1B, entre otros. Responsabilities Drafting and preparing immigration forms and packages (USCIS, EOIR, Consular). Preparing and reviewing employment-based forms: DS-160, DS-260, I-129, I-140, O-1, EB-1, EB-2, L-1A, L-1B, H-1B, etc. Communicating with clients to gather documentation and case details. Scheduling client appointments, biometrics, and court dates when applicable. Conducting legal research and compiling case files. Managing deadlines, tracking case status, and updating internal databases. Providing general administrative, paralegal, and case management support. Ideal Candidate Fully bilingual English–Spanish. 1–2+ years of experience in U.S. immigration law, specifically: Employment-Based (EB-1, EB-2, NIW) Work Visas (H-1B, O-1, L-1A, L-1B) Strong understanding of legal terminology and immigration procedures. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive. Comfortable working directly with U.S. attorneys and clients.
