LATAM Region- Remote (Canadian-Based Company)
Employment Type: Full-Time Independent Contractor
Work Hours: Full-time, 40 hours/ week, EST (North York, ON)
The Sales Partnership supports partnership and sales execution by managing relationships, pipelines, and CRM follow-ups to keep deals moving and revenue on track.
Identify, research, and connect with potential partners aligned with the company’s offerings
Build, maintain, and support relationships with existing and prospective partners
Track partnership and account activity, metrics, sales targets/ quotas
Maintain CRM accuracy, follow-ups, and pipeline organization
Assist with scheduling, meeting preparation, and sales coordination
Support leadership with operational, administrative, and project-related tasks
Handle time-sensitive requests and help prioritize work when multiple deals are active
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Project Management, Account Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
~2+ years of experience in Business Development, Account Management, Partnership Management, or Sales Coordination
~ Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects or accounts simultaneously
~ Experience using CRM tools (Pipedrive preferred) and productivity tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office)
~ Comfortable working in dynamic environments with shifting priorities
