Brief:

We are looking for a Director of Partnership Sales in LATAM region - with significant experience generating new enterprise business through alliances and channels partners and growing the partner ecosystem.

The Alliances and Channels organization is InsureMO's (PaaS for insurance industry) key lever to creating outsized value and scale in the market through joint sales capabilities and transformative offerings with partners that drive opportunities at pace.

With overall responsibility for our partner go-to-market strategy, joint sales execution, joint differentiated offerings execution, joint delivery, and partner awareness, training and enablement, we are energizing a vibrant partner community that accelerates the realization of our customers' business and technology transformations.

Descriptions:

This role is responsible for developing new OEM relationships, working with existing Alliances and Channels partners, and proactively working with the Direct Sales team.

  1. Sell InsureMO components to Insurance application providers (ISVs)
  2. Scale and enable sales organization around ISV partnerships and solutions
  3. Drive and establish ISV OEMs and Technology partnership integrations powered by APIs from InsureMO
  4. Develop joint business territory plans with our top Global System Integrators and deliver against joint targets.
  5. Influence the partner eco-system to create a dedicated practice that will enable them to drive digital transformation at their clients
  6. Work closely with internal cross-functional stakeholders to leverage existing sales enablement, global partner enablement, services and customer success on messaging, methodology and best practices

Qualifications:

  1. 10+ years of working experience in driving Partnerships and/ or sales in the Tech industry. Cloud, SaaS, API, and InsurTech industry experience is highly preferred.
  2. Exceptional track record of leveraging a partner eco-system to build and close deals in a territory by working across all levels of the organization.
  3. Exceptional written and verbal communications skills.
  4. Understand and do what it takes to execute in a rapidly growing and changing environment, with an entrepreneur mentality.
  5. Demonstrable history of setting up partner organizations and scaling that up to contribute to a substantial contributor of revenue for the organization
  6. Native-level fluency in Spanish is required
