Do you have experience in recruitment and a passion for connecting talent with opportunity? We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Bilingual Recruiter to join our client team. Key Responsibilities: Source and attract qualified candidates for high-volume hiring needs Review resumes and manage the candidate pipeline throughout the selection process Conduct in-person interviews and assess candidates Coordinate directly with hiring managers and the Human Resources department Support fast-paced decision-making to meet immediate hiring demands Actively participate in a fast-moving hiring process, where 60 to 70 candidates typically arrive each morning and may be hired to start the same day Requirements: Previous experience in recruitment, preferably in high-volume environments Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting Fluency in both English and Spanish (spoken and written) is required Availability to work onsite We Offer: Opportunities for professional growth A collaborative and dynamic work environment A chance to join a stable and growing company Location: 100% Onsite / Tijuana, Baja California.
