Do you have experience in recruitment and a passion for connecting talent with opportunity? We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Bilingual Recruiter to join our client team.Key Responsibilities:Source and attract qualified candidates for high-volume hiring needsReview resumes and manage the candidate pipeline throughout the selection processConduct in-person interviews and assess candidatesCoordinate directly with hiring managers and the Human Resources departmentSupport fast-paced decision-making to meet immediate hiring demandsActively participate in a fast-moving hiring process, where 60 to 70 candidates typically arrive each morning and may be hired to start the same dayRequirements:Previous experience in recruitment, preferably in high-volume environmentsStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced settingFluency in both English and Spanish (spoken and written) is requiredAvailability to work onsiteWe Offer:Opportunities for professional growthA collaborative and dynamic work environmentA chance to join a stable and growing companyLocation: 100% Onsite / Tijuana, Baja California.
