Consumer Research: Develop segmentation models for regional users, analyze core consumers' consumption, usage, and lifestyle needs, and deliver insight reports to support product positioning and marketing strategies. Product Research: Develop a comprehensive evaluation framework that encompasses pre-launch testing and post-launch reviews. Assess product and marketing performance, extract key drivers, and provide optimization recommendations (e.g., design/configuration testing, product reviews).
