About the Role We are seeking a Regional Operations Controller to lead financial oversight across multiple manufacturing sites. This strategic role ensures robust financial controls, accurate reporting, and cost optimization. The position spans manufacturing finance, commercial finance, supply chain finance, and cost structures for new projects, acting as a key business partner to drive profitability and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
Manufacturing Finance & Site Controllership: Oversee site controllers, ensure compliance, and drive cost control initiatives.
Standard Cost Controlling: Develop and monitor cost structures, perform variance analysis, and maintain ERP accuracy.
Commercial Finance & Pricing: Partner with Sales to analyze profitability, validate pricing strategies, and support RFQs.
Supply Chain Finance: Optimize working capital, inventory, and logistics costs.
Tooling Finance Oversight: Ensure financial control over tooling projects and recoveries.
Product Launch Cost Controlling: Manage budgets for new launches and track variances.
Cost Structures for Quotations: Lead cost modeling for new business opportunities.
Financial Reporting & Business Partnering: Deliver insights, prepare reports, and support audits and compliance (IFRS & NIF).

Candidate Profile
Education: Bachelor’s in Accounting
Experience: 10+ years in finance, with strong background in manufacturing and cost accounting. Automotive/Tier 1 or 2 experience required.
Skills: Multi-site operations finance leadership.
Expertise in cost accounting, variance analysis, and standard costing.
Strong knowledge of IFRS and Mexican GAAP (NIF).
Languages: Spanish and Advanced English (mandatory).
Soft Skills: Strategic mindset, hands-on approach, leadership in multi-location environments, and excellent communication skills.
