Job Responsibilities 1. Category Management & Buyer CoordinationLead the full-cycle operations of AIoT ecosystem products on Amazon Mexico, covering 10+ categories including Wearable, Scooter, Robot Vacuum, TV, Monitor and Speakers, and assume end-to-end accountability for category performance. Establish and maintain efficient docking and collaborative mechanisms with cross-departmental category buyers, leverage existing client connections to secure platform resources such as deal tag promotion, align operational strategies to drive consistent sales growth, continuously expand the product matrix and optimize category portfolio structure, enhancing the competitiveness of AIoT product lines on the platform. 2. Price Monitoring & Competitive AnalysisConduct daily dynamic price monitoring and management for 80+ SKUs, promptly feed back price fluctuation data and optimization recommendations to the platform team, and track the implementation of price adjustment plans to ensure Buy Box acquisition rate. Deeply analyze competitors' pricing systems, promotion tactics and market positioning, formulate differentiated competitive strategies, and implement actionable adjustments to maintain pricing advantages. 3. Listing & Content OptimizationResponsible for the refined optimization of product listing details, covering store visual display, core keyword SEO layout, and A+ content creation. Continuously track listing performance metrics (including click-through rate, conversion rate, etc.), conduct iterative optimization based on data insights, and maximize the conversion efficiency of product traffic. 4. Sales Target Achievement & Promotion ExecutionTake full ownership of the achievement of sales order (SO) targets, regularly track performance progress against KPIs, and flexibly adjust promotional strategies based on real-time sales data. Independently plan and execute targeted promotional campaigns, boosting product revenue scale and market share on Amazon Mexico. 5. Traffic Investment Collaboration & Headquarters DockingAssist in the planning and optimization of traffic investment strategies, conduct regular docking and communication with the headquarters team to align operational objectives. Monitor the progress of headquarters middle-office work items including SKU listing status and ASIN creation progress, track key milestones, and provide timely feedback on bottlenecks to ensure efficient execution of product on-shelf processes. Job Requirements 1. Education Background: Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Marketing, E-Commerce Operations, International Trade or related fields is preferred. 2. Professional Experience: 4+ years of e-commerce operations experience, with Amazon Mexico platform operation and docking experience as a priority; candidates with working background in top-tier e-commerce enterprises are also highly desirable. Must have proven experience in securing deal tag promotion and other platform resources through client relationship management, to support business expansion. 3. Business Competence: Solid understanding of AIoT product attributes and market development trends, proficient in pricing, promotion and listing optimization strategies; be fully accountable for e-commerce channel business KPIs. Familiar with traffic investment logic and product on-shelf processes is a plus. 4. Skill Proficiency: Excellent data analysis capabilities, proficient in using Excel and professional data analysis tools to support operational decision-making. 5. Language & Soft Skills: Fluent in English or Spanish, with strong cross-cultural communication and coordination capabilities; results-oriented, able to work under high pressure, and equipped with outstanding project execution and problem-solving abilities.
