Objetivo del rol Asegurar que los procesos internos, proyectos, operaciones y la administración personal del Director General se ejecuten de forma eficiente, organizada y alineada con la visión estratégica de la empresa. ️ Responsabilidades principales1. Operaciones internas Coordinación operativa diaria. Supervisión de procesos, proveedores y administración. Preparación de reportes y métricas. Manejo de documentación y contratos. 2. Apoyo ejecutivo al Director General Gestión de agenda, reuniones y viajes. Priorización y filtrado de solicitudes. Preparación de materiales, presentaciones y briefings. 3. Gestión de proyectos y eventos Organización de eventos corporativos. Coordinación de logística, proveedores y sedes. 4. Tecnología y automatización Manejo de herramientas digitales. Coordinación con equipos técnicos. Optimización y automatización de procesos internos. 5. Logística personal ejecutiva Coordinación de citas médicas, viajes y trámites clave. Supervisión ocasional de propiedades. Requisitos Inglés avanzado. Habilidades digitales fuertes. Experiencia en operaciones o gestión de proyectos. Comunicación oral y escrita impecable. Vehículo propio. Alta autonomía, organización y criterio profesional. Competencias clave Proactividad. Pensamiento estratégico. Organización rigurosa. Ética y discreción.
