Join Our Strategic Planning & New Business Development Manager This is your opportunity to continue growing your professional career We're looking for a passionate and analytical leader to join our Global Strategic Planning team, contributing to high-impact projects across Mexico, Europe, and Asia. What You'll Do As a key leader, you will report to the Business Development Director and be responsible for: Develop & Institutionalize Processes: Lead the creation of institutional processes that drive innovation and data automation, generating strategic insights for Draxton and GIS. Lead Critical Analysis: Deliver systematic market, strategic, and financial analysis to ensure the proper approval and execution of key strategic initiatives and investment projects. Manage High-Impact Projects: Coordinate and lead strategic projects, including investment valuations (CAPEX), post-investment reviews, and due diligence for M&A transactions. Drive Executive Communication: Develop and present executive-level presentations and KPIs for the Draxton and GIS leadership teams, including the Executive Committee. Collaborate & Influence: Collaborate with multifunctional and multilevel teams across the global organization, bridging cultural, language, and organizational barriers. Develop Talent: Mentor and develop a high-performance team, fostering their growth and potential. Who We're Looking For Experience: 5-7 years of experience in strategic planning, operations, or commercial areas. Industry Knowledge: A strong understanding of the automotive industry is required; experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting is highly preferred. Technical Expertise: Advanced financial modeling and investment valuation (CAPEX, M&A). Data management, automation, and business analysis. Proven ability to manage complex strategic projects Leadership & Soft Skills: Intellectual Curiosity: You're not afraid to ask questions and challenge the status quo.
