This is a full-time, on-site position located in Colonia Cuauhtémoc, CMX, for a Lead of Customer Success, POS for Restaurants. The role involves ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction through proactive support, delivering training and onboarding for new customers, developing strategies to enhance the customer experience, and analyzing customer feedback to improve services. You will lead a customer success team, monitor key metrics, and act as a liaison between the customer and other departments within the company to solve issues and improve processes.

Advanced Analytical Skills to review customer data, provide insights, and improve operational efficiency
Ability to lead and manage teams, fostering a customer-focused and collaborative culture
Spanish, English) is highly desirable
