This role requires strong leadership, deep expertise in SEO, SEM, and PPC, as well as a proven agency background in managing a high volume of clients throughout their career. Responsibilities Oversee and manage the entire marketing department, including SEO, SEM, content, creatives, and account management Build and streamline workflows, SOPs, task systems, and delivery processes Assign and review tasks, ensuring quality, accuracy, and on-time completion Lead high-level SEO strategy, including keyword research, technical SEO audits, on-page optimization, and content planning Manage and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads Analyze performance dashboards and develop action plans for improvement Ensure all client deliverables meet agency standards Collaborate directly with leadership on strategy, operations, and client results Maintain a strong understanding of US-based digital marketing trends and performance metrics Requirements 5+ years of experience working in a digital marketing agency Has managed 100+ clients total throughout their career (not necessarily at once) Strong expertise in SEO strategy, technical SEO, content planning, and audits Strong experience with SEM/PPC — Google Ads, retargeting, lead generation Experience leading and developing marketing teams Extremely organized and detail-oriented Must provide a portfolio or case studies with real results Excellent written and verbal English Must be based in Mexico Full-time availability Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM Eastern Time Preferred Experience managing U.S.-based clients Experience scaling agencies or building internal systems Bilingual English/Spanish Strong familiarity with analytics tools, reporting platforms, and tracking systems
