The Manager, Demand Generation, is responsible for leading strategic marketing initiatives that drive qualified pipeline growth for the Americas sales organization. This role will oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel lead generation campaigns across digital, email, social, and event marketing to attract, engage, and convert target audiences. Working closely with the regional sales teams, this role ensures alignment between marketing campaigns and sales objectives, leveraging data-driven insights to maximize ROI.
This is a remote role but it may be required to be in the Mexico City office one day a week

Develop and execute integrated lead generation strategies to drive qualified opportunities across the Americas region.
• Manage and develop one direct report, providing guidance, fostering accountability, professional growth, and high-quality campaign delivery.
• Coordinate with the central marketing team on branding, design and additional support.
• Work closely with sales leadership to align marketing activities with pipeline goals and revenue targets.
• Plan, launch, and optimize multi-channel campaigns (email, paid search, paid social, content syndication, and events) to attract and convert leads.
• Oversee campaign planning, audience segmentation, messaging, and creative execution across multiple channels.
• Track, analyze, and report on lead generation performance metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.
• Combine strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and strong analytical skills to deliver measurable results in B2B marketing environments.
• Experience in B2B marketing, including prior leadership or management capacity leading a marketing team.
•Strong understanding of inbound and outbound marketing strategies, account-based marketing (ABM), and the marketing funnel.
•Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Zoho, or Salesforce).
•Analytical mindset with experience of using data to drive decisions and optimize performance.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish strongly preferred.
•Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and paid digital media management.
•Familiarity with data visualization and analytics tools (e.g., Zoho Analytics, Google Data Studio)
