Únete a nuestro equipo como Architectural Design Analyst | CMX Reforma Principales funciones del rol - Levantamiento de necesidades y creación de layouts: Recopilar los requerimientos de los stakeholders y traducirlos en layouts arquitectónicos funcionales. Coordinación con despachos externos: Dar seguimiento a proyectos ejecutivos para garantizar tiempos, calidad y estándares de diseño. Optimización de recursos: Asegurar que cada proyecto equilibre estética, funcionalidad y costos. Desarrollo de guías gráficas: Elaborar guías en Illustrator para señalética y elementos gráficos de tiendas, alineados al branding de Kavak. Cuidado de la identidad de infraestructura: Mantener la coherencia visual y de marca en todos los proyectos. Requisitos del puesto - Licenciatura en Arquitectura. Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en despachos de arquitectura o roles similares. Experiencia deseable en retail, construcción comercial o industrial. Dominio de AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop y SketchUp (u otro software de modelado). Habilidades gráficas para presentaciones y material visual. Conocimiento en renderizado (plus). Español nativo; inglés deseable. Excelente organización y control de documentación y archivos.
