Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for a Design Architect. The Design Architect will be responsible for designing and managing architecture projects, preparing detailed construction drawings, and developing innovative architectural solutions. Day-to-day tasks will include ensuring designs meet client objectives, preparing project documentation, and overseeing project development from conceptualization to implementation.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Design
  • Proficiency in Design Management and Construction Drawings
  • Exceptional Communication skills for effective collaboration with team members
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple projects efficiently
  • Familiarity with relevant design and architectural tools such as Revit (BIM) AutoCAD, Ilustrator, Photoshop, or similar software is a plus
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
  • Previous professional experience in architectural design
