Collections Analyst

Job Title: Financial Customer Solutions Specialist – Contact Center Purpose: This position is ideal for individuals passionate about customer service and financial solutions. The role focuses on managing accounts within the 0-30 day delinquency range, resolving inquiries, and implementing effective payment strategies. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls from Daimler Truck small business customers in the U.S. Provide efficient and empathetic service to address account concerns. Assess reasons for missed payments and offer solutions to regularize accounts. Perform skip tracing to locate clients and/or collateral using authorized methods. Build strong customer relationships through consultative interactions. Act as a liaison between customers and internal departments. Note: This role is fully on-site in Santa Fe, Mexico City, which allows for closer collaboration and team integration. Profile: • Education: Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field. • Languages: Full proficiency in English (C1-C2). • Experience: Minimum 1 year of customer-facing phone experience in collections. • Technical Skills: Basic to intermediate Excel skills.
