Marketing Manager, Demand Generation

The Manager, Demand Generation, is responsible for leading strategic marketing initiatives that drive qualified pipeline growth for the Americas sales organization. This role will oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel lead generation campaigns across digital, email, social, and event marketing to attract, engage, and convert target audiences. Working closely with the regional sales teams, this role ensures alignment between marketing campaigns and sales objectives, leveraging data-driven insights to maximize ROI. This is a remote role but it may be required to be in the Mexico City office one day a week What You'll Do: • Develop and execute integrated lead generation strategies to drive qualified opportunities across the Americas region. • Manage and develop one direct report, providing guidance, fostering accountability, professional growth, and high-quality campaign delivery. • Coordinate with the central marketing team on branding, design and additional support. • Work closely with sales leadership to align marketing activities with pipeline goals and revenue targets. • Plan, launch, and optimize multi-channel campaigns (email, paid search, paid social, content syndication, and events) to attract and convert leads. • Oversee campaign planning, audience segmentation, messaging, and creative execution across multiple channels. • Track, analyze, and report on lead generation performance metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement. • Combine strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and strong analytical skills to deliver measurable results in B2B marketing environments. • Conceive and execute ABM campaigns on multiple channels across the region in coordination with the Sales organization. • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including Sales, Product, Operations, and Communications, to ensure cohesive go-to-market execution. Minimum Qualifications (knowledge, skills, and abilities): •Experience in B2B marketing, including prior leadership or management capacity leading a marketing team. •Proven track record of developing and executing lead generation or demand generation programs that deliver measurable pipeline growth. •Strong understanding of inbound and outbound marketing strategies, account-based marketing (ABM), and the marketing funnel. •Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Zoho, or Salesforce). •Analytical mindset with experience of using data to drive decisions and optimize performance. •Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish strongly preferred. •Strong collaboration and leadership skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams. Preferred Qualifications/Nice to Have: •Experience in the hospitality technology or SaaS industry. •Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and paid digital media management. •Experience supporting geographically dispersed teams across multiple countries. •Familiarity with data visualization and analytics tools (e.g., Zoho Analytics, Google Data Studio)
