About the Role
As a Reservation Sales Specialist, you will help grow Landing's new member base. Your responsibilities include communicating Landing's value proposition to potential members, answering their questions, and guiding them through the sales process. About the Team You'll join an agile, fast-paced team shaping the future of Landing's business. Support billing inquiries: Answer basic billing questions new members may have.
What You'll Need
English proficiency: Fluent (B2-C1) Ability to work from our Polanco office — a collaborative, fast-moving environment. Proficiency with CRM tools. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. 1+ year of experience in sales or customer service, preferably in B2C industries. Eager to grow your sales career in a fast-moving startup environment. 1,500 MXN net per month Vacation: 12 days per year (available after 90 days of employment) Paid time off (PTO): 40 hours per year (available after 30 days of employment) Health insurance: Major medical (MetLife), minor medical (AXA Keralty), dental, and vision coverage Parking: On-site parking for bikes, motorcycles, and cars Travel benefit: $
