Buscamos un/a líder de Growth dedicado/a exclusivamente a la vertical de ultra velocidad retail ("Turbo") en México. Este rol será responsable de diseñar, ejecutar y escalar la estrategia de adquisición, retención y frecuencia de usuarios en Turbo, trabajando con todas las palancas de growth, operaciones, producto y marketing. Es una posición estratégica de alto impacto, con el objetivo de duplicar el negocio. Responsabilidades principales - Definir la estrategia de crecimiento para Turbo: adquisición de nuevos usuarios, activación, retención, frecuencia y monetización. Diseñar campañas, promociones, pricing, value propositions, experimentos comerciales y operativos específicas para Turbo, adaptadas a la demanda, zonas y segmentaciones. Colaborar con operaciones, logística, producto, BI, comercial y marketing para asegurar la correcta ejecución de campañas, disponibilidad de stock, tiempos de entrega, pricing, ofertas, etc. Analizar data de cohortes, funnels, conversión, frecuencia y comportamiento de usuario para identificar palancas de crecimiento, retención y hábitos de uso. Implementar growth loops: referidos, promociones recurrentes, incentivos, retención, comunicación post-compra, notifications, etc. Liderar pruebas A/B, pilotos de mercado, lanzamientos de nuevas verticales/regiones, optimización continua y priorización de iniciativas. Gestionar presupuesto de growth para Turbo, priorizar inversiones y asegurar eficiencia de gasto vs resultados. Reportar resultados, presentar insights, aprendizajes y roadmap de crecimiento a leadership. Qué buscamos en el perfil - 5+ años de experiencia en Growth Marketing, Strategy, Product-Marketing o roles de estrategia/comercial en tech, e-commerce, marketplaces, retail digital o dark-stores. Experiencia concreta en verticales retail / ultra-velocidad / logística + retail digital / delivery rápido es altamente valorada. Mentalidad analítica, dominando métricas de adquisición, retención, LTV, frecuencia, conversión; comfort con SQL / Excel / BI tools. Capacidad de ejecución rápida, hands-on, adaptabilidad, autonomía y pensamiento estratégico. Experiencia trabajando cross-funcionalmente con operaciones, producto, marketing y finanzas. Inglés avanzado. KPIs típicos del rol Penetración de Turbo en base de usuarios, tasa de conversión a Turbo, frecuencia de pedido por usuario Turbo, retención 30/60/90 días, LTV, costo de adquisición incremental, eficiencia de presupuesto vs ingresos incremental.
