This role is perfect for a proactive and analytical marketer who thrives in developing innovative campaigns and aligning them with business objectives to deliver measurable results**What You’ll Do**:- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing initiatives with revenue goals and ensure a seamless lead-to-sales pipeline.- Optimize landing pages, calls-to-action (CTAs), and other marketing assets to maximize conversions.- Analyze performance metrics, including cost per lead (CPL), lead quality, and conversion rates, and make data-informed adjustments.- Manage CRM systems and marketing automation tools to track and nurture leads effectively.- Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.- Create and oversee marketing campaigns that directly drive sales volume, including retargeting and upselling strategies.- Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights to improve ROI.**What We’re Looking For**:- Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role with a focus on lead generation and sales growth.- Expertise in digital marketing channels such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO, etc.- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools.- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and turn it into actionable strategies.- Excellent project management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.- A track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation and revenue targets.- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; advanced certifications (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads) are a plus**What We Offer**:- Work Schedule Monday-Friday 7:00am-4:00pm Monday to Friday- $30,000-$45,000 pesos per month- Opportunities for professional development.- A progressive company culture where your ideas are valuedWe value each team member's contributions and are committed to maintaining a workplace that encourages both individual and collective success.E04JI802n1q24079g66
