B2B Operations Manager

Upcision is a performance-based B2B lead generation company. We generate inbound responses per day from outbound campaigns, then verify, qualify, and route those leads to clients on a CPL basis.
You own daily fulfillment execution, quality, and performance. If revenue slows, if leads sit, if quality slips, if agents miss steps, it is your problem to fix the same day.
You work alongside a Client Delivery Manager who owns client relationships and priorities. Quality Assurance
QA all lead submissions to clients.
QA “not interested” dispositions to ensure leads were not mishandled.
QA 100% of client returns the same day.
Performance Management
Keep Salesforce clean, auditable, and accurate.
3+ years running sales development, call center, lead generation, or fulfillment teams.
~ Comfort enforcing standards and having direct performance conversations.
~ Experience with CRMs, ideally Salesforce.
~ A bias toward action and fixing things immediately.
People who avoid QA and call reviews.
Reports directly to the CEO.
Partners with Client Delivery for external priorities.
Remote Work
