HCL is looking for a Monitoring Specialist/ Command Center Ensuring Operational Excellence Through Real-Time Monitoring and Incident Management. Working Model: 100% Onsite, 2 days off per week, rotational shift, 24/7 operation. Required English Proficiency Level: C1, please share your resume in English The Command Center/Monitoring Specialist plays a critical role in maintaining the stability and reliability of enterprise operations. This position is responsible for proactive monitoring, rapid incident response, and effective communication across teams to ensure uninterrupted business functions. The specialist will use advanced monitoring tools (Eg: Solarwinds, Cloud Watch, etc.) Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Experience with enterprise monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Splunk, Cloud watch, etc.). Familiarity with ITIL or other incident management frameworks is a plus Real-Time Monitoring: Continuously monitor critical systems, applications, and infrastructure using specialized tools and dashboards to identify anomalies, outages, or performance degradations. Tool and Process Optimization: Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for monitoring tools, alerting mechanisms, and incident management workflows. Compliance & Security: Adhere to organizational policies, compliance requirements, and security protocols during monitoring and incident response activities.
