Senior Marketing Manager

We are an international digital marketing and software development agency seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Manager to oversee our entire marketing department, workflows, and production quality. This role requires strong leadership, deep expertise in SEO, SEM, and PPC , as well as a proven agency background in managing a high volume of clients throughout their career.
Oversee and manage the entire marketing department, including SEO, SEM, content, creatives, and account management
Assign and review tasks, ensuring quality, accuracy, and on-time completion
Lead high-level SEO strategy, including keyword research, technical SEO audits, on-page optimization, and content planning
Manage and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads
Analyze performance dashboards and develop action plans for improvement
Maintain a strong understanding of US-based digital marketing trends and performance metrics
5+ years of experience working in a digital marketing agency
~ Strong expertise in SEO strategy, technical SEO, content planning, and audits
~ Strong experience with SEM/PPC — Google Ads, retargeting, lead generation
~ Experience leading and developing marketing teams
~ Excellent written and verbal English
~ Full-time availability Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM Eastern Time
Bilingual English/Spanish
