Acerca del Rol El Growth Senior Specialist será el punto de conexión entre marketing y las líneas de negocio, actuando como partner estratégico de comunicación para las marcas y clientes de Interesse. Debe tener una visión integral —estratégica, creativa y operativa— capaz de liderar campañas B2B2C 360°, que integren paid media, CRM, contenido, PR y activaciones. Responsabilidades: - Diseñar y ejecutar campañas de marketing y comunicación para clientes y socios comerciales (ATL, BTL y digital). Coordinar proyectos de co-branding, activaciones y lanzamientos junto a las áreas comerciales y de producto. Supervisar la planeación, producción y publicación de materiales, trabajando con agencias externas y el equipo interno de diseño. Gestionar pauta digital, definiendo objetivos, audiencias, formatos y evaluando resultados de performance. Proponer ideas y enfoques creativos que fortalezcan la relación y percepción de valor con los clientes. Medir y reportar resultados de cada campaña, analizando métricas clave (alcance, engagement, leads, ROI). Colaborar con la Subdirección de Growth Marketing para mantener coherencia de marca y narrativa en todas las iniciativas. Asegurar la satisfacción del cliente interno (líneas de negocio) mediante comunicación, agilidad y excelencia en la entrega. Calificaciones: - Licenciatura en Marketing, Business, Comunicación, Administración o áreas afines. Inglés Avanzado. Habilidades Requeridas: - 1-2 años de experiencia en marketing, preferentemente en sectores B2B y B2B2C. Experiencia comprobable en coordinación de campañas 360°, gestión de agencias, paid media y CRM. Conocimiento intermedio en plataformas digitales (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads). Experiencia en storytelling, lanzamiento de campañas o programas de clientes. Habilidades Preferidas: - Estrategia digital, CRM, funnels y lifecycle marketing. Copywriting y narrativa de marca. Interpretación de datos y métricas de performance. Herramientas de análisis (Data Studio, Sheets, CRM dashboards). Coordinación de proyectos con equipos creativos y agencias.
