Resumen del puesto de trabajo

Brindar soporte de gestión proactivo de pedidos de principio a fin a los negocios de Cono Sur y Aqua de acuerdo con los procesos y procedimientos de trabajo establecidos y de conformidad con las políticas de Elanco, el Cumplimiento de informes financieros y los requisitos legales y estatutarios de la empresa local. Gestionar las consultas de la fuerza de ventas y los clientes, coordinando proactivamente con las partes interesadas internas para resolver el problema dentro del plazo estipulado.

Sugerir mejoras a los procesos y soluciones existentes.

Responsabilidades

  • Revisión de solicitudes de pedido para entender que los precios, descuentos, promociones, términos de pago, fechas de vencimiento, unidades de empaque estén en línea con las condiciones comerciales aprobados por comité y en SAP, avisando si existen diferencias para que sean gestionadas en forma proactiva.
  • Asegura con los productos despachados cumplan con el vencimientos requeridos por cada cliente, informando al área comercial cuando existen diferencias.
  • Asegurar la entrega de los pedidos mediante la creación, programación y confirmación de la facturación de todos los pedidos aprobados dentro de los plazos acordados, de acuerdo con los procesos y procedimientos de trabajo establecidos, de conformidad con las políticas de Elanco y el cumplimiento de informes financieros y los requisitos legales y estatutarios locales.
  • Supervisar e informar semanalmente al área comercial los pedidos pendientes, gestionando de forma proactiva su avance.
  • Control y seguimiento de las órdenes de compra parcializadas gestionando la entrega en las fechas requeridas validando con el área comercial 24 horas antes del despacho.
  • Seguir las liberaciones de los pedidos y envío correcto de los mismos, incluyendo mercancías libres y ensayos clínicos. Ciclo completo (facturación, proceso de recogida y embalaje, instrucciones de envío).
  • Contestar llamados telefónicos de clientes, operador logístico y fuerza de ventas en el horario de oficina de Chile (6:00 a 15:00 horas con disponibilidad de horas extras en cierres mensuales y trimestrales).
  • Control y manejo de la matriz de transito para entender ubicación de las localidades donde se deben entregar los pedidos de manera de generar la programación adecuada, en especial en los cierres de mes.
  • Comunicar instrucciones de envío al LSP con la documentación requerida para garantizar una entrega perfecta a los clientes.
  • Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con el LSP para garantizar la precisión y plazos de los envíos salientes.
  • Cumplir con los requisitos específicos de ciertos clientes para ciertos productos.
  • Manejar pedidos FOC, muestras, devoluciones, notas de crédito, notas de débito, guías de despacho, documentos de exportación relacionados con productos según las solicitudes recibidas y de acuerdo con el cumplimiento interno y tributario.
  • Resolución de problemas y seguimiento del envío hasta recibir los cedibles.
  • Actualización diaria de reporte de ventas e inventario.
  • Actualizar cierres mensuales de ventas incluyendo ajustes de cut off.
  • Actualizar registro de bonificaciones y cambios de precios con las aprobaciones.
  • Seguimiento y actualización de la base de datos de los clientes, manteniendo SAP actualizado con todos los requerimientos solicitados.
  • Contacto con clientes y apoyo en el área de cobranza.
  • Control de las devoluciones de productos e interacción con el departamento de Calidad para los retornos.
  • Revisión de las notas de crédito y débito por diferencias de precios, devoluciones y otros.
  • Seguimiento y solicitud de los números de folios de los documentos tributarios en S4 vs SII.
  • Seguimiento de la información del facturador electrónica verificando que los documentos queden registrados en el SII.
  • Control interno: Cumplir con normas SOX, preparación y aprobación de algunos controles SOX.
  • Auditoría Externa: Apoyar con los requerimientos solicitados relacionados a Clientes.
  • Proveer información de facturación y devoluciones para la correcta liquidación de impuestos mensual y anual.
  • Envío de facturas a los equipos comerciales para que sean entregados al cliente en casos necesarios.
  • Facturaciones manual en casos requeridos.

Calificaciones básicas: requisitos obligatorios

  • Contador Auditor o similar con más de 7 años de experiencia trabajando en áreas de servicio al cliente.
  • Manejo de Excel intermedio.
  • Manejo de SAP
  • Inglés escrito nivel intermedio.
