Buscamos un/a Publisher Acquisition & Account Manager para unirse a nuestro equipo en México y ayudarnos a escalar nuestra red de medios y revenue.
¿Somos una startup AdTech con tecnología propia, basada en IA y análisis contextual en tiempo real . Nuestro objetivo: reemplazar la publicidad intrusiva por una propuesta elegante, eficaz y contextual .
Y si la publicidad no tuviera que ser molesta para funcionar?

Prospectar y cerrar acuerdos con publishers y grupos editoriales (sites, verticales, networks).
Negociar revenue share , condiciones, exclusividades (si aplica) y roadmap de integración.
Construir pipeline y llevarlo con disciplina (CRM).
Gestión y crecimiento (Farmer)
Detectar oportunidades de expansión: más secciones, más formatos, nuevos sites del grupo.
Coordinar QBRs , reporting y planes de mejora con cada publisher.
Onboarding técnico (con soporte del equipo)
Acompañar la implementación: Ad Server / Programática / formatos (display, vídeo, in-text, stories/recirculation).
Ser el nexo entre publisher, AdOps y equipo técnico para que la integración sea rápida y sin fricción.

¿Nuevos publishers captados (mensual).
~% de publishers integrados y activos (ramp-up rápido).
~ 2 años captando y gestionando publishers/medios (no agencias, no ecommerce).
~ Perfil comercial “de calle”: prospección, negociación, cierre .
~ Inglés alto (comunicación global).
~ Experiencia con GAM / Prebid / HB (aunque sea conceptual + proyectos).
Red de contactos con medios en México/LatAm.
Experiencia con formatos: video, native, recirculators, performance contextual .
¿Cero burocracia: acceso directo a founders y equipo senior.
Flexibilidad: remoto/híbrido desde México.
Lo importante: convéncenos de que tú eres la persona que queremos al otro lado del Zoom.
