Supply chain efficiency is critical to delivering safe water solutions worldwide. As a Functional Senior Analyst – Oracle SCM, you'll be the bridge between business and technology, leading implementations and enhancements that optimize processes across purchasing, inventory, order management, and planning. Your work will directly influence operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

• Location: CDMX (Hybrid – 4 days onsite, 1 remote)

• Reports to: Sr. Manager Business System

• Lead and execute implementation, configuration, and support of Oracle EBS and Oracle Cloud SCM modules.

• Act as a functional liaison between business stakeholders, IT, and vendors.

• Conduct requirement gathering, functional design, documentation, and testing.

• Propose process improvements and evaluate Oracle Cloud innovations for migration opportunities.

• Support user training and change management initiatives.

• High-impact functional role driving digital transformation in a global organization.

• Exposure to cutting-edge Oracle Cloud technologies and migration projects.

• 5+ years with Oracle EBS SCM (v12.1 or higher).

• 2+ years with Oracle Cloud SCM (migration or coexistence projects preferred).

• Functional expertise in PO, INV, OM, Shipping, Procurement Cloud, Inventory Cloud, OM Cloud, and PIM.

• Experience with BI Publisher, OTBI, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).

• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency for global collaboration.

• Liderar y ejecutar la implementación, configuración y soporte de módulos Oracle EBS y Oracle Cloud SCM.

• Actuar como enlace funcional entre las partes interesadas del negocio, TI y proveedores externos.

• Realizar levantamiento de requisitos, diseño funcional, documentación y pruebas.

• Proponer mejoras de procesos y evaluar innovaciones de Oracle Cloud para oportunidades de migración.

• Apoyar la formación de usuarios y las iniciativas de gestión del cambio.

• Rol funcional de alto impacto impulsando la transformación digital en una organización global.

• Exposición a tecnologías Oracle Cloud de vanguardia y proyectos de migración.

• Más de 5 años de experiencia con Oracle EBS SCM (versión 12.1 o superior).

• Más de 2 años de experiencia con Oracle Cloud SCM (preferible proyectos de migración o coexistencia).

• Conocimiento funcional en PO, INV, OM, Shipping, Procurement Cloud, Inventory Cloud, OM Cloud y PIM.

• Experiencia con BI Publisher, OTBI y Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).

• Nivel de inglés intermedio-avanzado para lectura técnica y colaboración internacional.
