Business Development & Solution Sales: Conduct in-depth research and business development targeting local Chinese small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in import/export and e-commerce in Mexico. Provide them with a one-stop financial solution for cross-border trade collection, including products and services such as local account opening, currency exchange, settlement, tax rebate facilitation, and same-name account top-up. Establish and nurture deep cooperative relationships with channel partners, including local factories, logistics providers, industry associations, freight forwarders, and customs clearance agencies. Coordinate with internal middle and back-office teams (e.g., Local Expertise: Bachelor's degree or above. Must be a Mexican national OR have Minimum 1 year of sales work experience and living experience in Mexico, with a strong understanding of the local culture and business environment. Industry Experience: Proven work experience in manufacturing, trade, e-commerce, or related upstream/downstream industries. Experience in merchant acquisition or sales for cross-border trade/e-commerce platforms is highly preferred Advanced English required
