Position Purpose The purpose of this role is to drive revenue and market growth by acquiring and developing new business opportunities across the LATAM region . The Sales Executive will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle, promoting Shufti cutting‑edge identity verification solutions, and contributing to the expansion of our market share. This position plays a pivotal role in shaping client relationships and positioning Shufti Pro as a trusted partner for compliance and digital onboarding needs. Job Description We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Executive to drive our growth across the LATAM region. This is a high‑impact role for a hunter who thrives on building new business and has a deep understanding of the Identity Verification and Compliance landscape. You will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy to secure new enterprise clients, making you a critical player in our LATAM expansion. Key Responsibilities New Business Development: Act as a "hunter" to identify, qualify, and secure new enterprise‑level clients within the target markets of LATAM. Strategic Sales Cycle Management: Own the entire sales cycle from prospecting and initial outreach to negotiation, closing, and handover to the account management team. Domain Expertise: Leverage your deep knowledge of IDV, KYC, AML, and compliance challenges to build credibility and articulate Shufti Pro's unique value proposition effectively. Market Penetration: Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline, focusing on key verticals such as Banking, Fintech, Cryptocurrency, E‑commerce, and the Gig Economy. Client Relationship Building: Build strong, trust‑based relationships with C‑level executives, compliance officers, and technology leaders. Collaboration: Work closely with pre‑sales, marketing, and product teams to tailor solutions and run targeted campaigns. Market Intelligence: Serve as the "eyes and ears" in the region, providing feedback on market trends, competitive activity, and customer needs. Mandatory Qualifications & Experience Language Skills: Must be fluent in English and Spanish. Industry Experience: Must have a proven track record of selling Digital Identity Verification (IDV), KYC, or AML compliance solutions. Competitor Knowledge: Ideal candidates will have current or previous experience working for a direct competitor of Shufti Pro (e.g., Onfido, Jumio, Veriff, IDnow, Trulioo, Sumsub, etc.). Sales Track Record: 5+ years of B2B enterprise sales experience, with a demonstrable history of meeting and exceeding significant revenue targets. LATAM Expertise: Deep understanding of the business, cultural, and regulatory nuances within the LATAM region.
