Act as a liaison between the manager and other areas, clients, or suppliers. Ensure that administrative processes flow smoothly: purchases, payments, internal requests. Required Skills Organization and time management Effective communication Results-oriented Attention to detail Confidentiality and discretion Advanced English (spoken and written) Requirements Bachelor's degree in Administration, Business, or related field Previous experience in executive or administrative assistance (3–5 years) Proficiency in office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Writing and coordination skills
