Sanmina is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Manager to join our growing team. Responsibilities: Responsible for all aspects of a program at the site, serving as the site liaison between the company and the customer to ensure customer needs are met. Ensures all program-related decisions are guided by the terms and conditions of the customer's contract. Understands all aspects required to launch a new program or order. Responsible for customer management and satisfaction, order management and delivery, revenue achievement, business issue resolution (A/R, E&O material issues, PPV, credit, RMA's), and business development. Understands Sanmina-SCI offerings for vertical integration and directs customer appropriately towards additional or alternative Sanmina-SCI products or services. Lead and manage complex programs from initiation to closure, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline. Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including internal teams, clients, and vendors. Define program objectives, scope, and deliverables, and develop detailed project plans. Monitor program progress, identify and mitigate risks, and resolve issues effectively. Communicate program status, updates, and challenges to all relevant stakeholders. Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. 2-5+ years of proven experience as a Program Manager. Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken). Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively. PMP certification is a plus.
