Be the main actor to facilitates decisions-making in the strategy though analysis:

  • KPIs:
    • Sales trend MTD and YTD: Analyze the performance by store by Métier. Identify opportunities to archive the goals.
    • Sell Through - Fashion metiers (Shoes, RTW). Rebalance and follow up the high value pieces, main clients and built closer Store Managers, VM and CRM strategies to archive the Sell Through objective.
    • Deliveries follow-up
    • Permanent of stock item previsions
    • Month Of Stock monitoring and optimization (destocking, rebalancing, reorder, etc.)
    • Proactive proposition of 360* action plans to activate sales (incentive, training, VM, etc.) Metier follow-up

      The BA oversees the follow-up and development of the metiers bought through Mexico central stock:

    • Parfum and Beauty
  • Internet of object follow-up
Porcelain Belt (permanent collection) OTB and buying support:
