Process Engineer

As a Process Engineer youâll be responsible for improving products, processes and machinery of the Production Unit (PU) in safety, yields, efficiency, quality and reliability performance, ensuring stable production.

What youâll do

• Evaluate assembly processes for the implementation of control plans.
• Identify improvements in machine and/or process conditions, ergonomics, and material flow.
• Defining tools to improve line performance and increase productivity.
• Monitoring of assembly processes and quality to search for improvements.
• Technical support to the engineering department for the introduction of new products, as well as for the modification of existing products.
• Maintaining the organization's required 5S levels.
• Perform analysis and problem-solving using continuous improvement methods.

Your qualifications

• Bachelorâs degree completed in Engineering.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar position.
• Skills in project management, SAP, expertise in ergonomics, process flow, materials, and productivity are desirable.
• Knowledge of continuous improvement is desirable.
• Advanced English is MANDATORY (writing & speaking).
