Job Description

Objetivo
Responsable de la administración de los recursos del área u operación asignada, enfocado al logro de objetivos, asegurándose que el plan de producción definido sea ejecutado dentro de los parámetros de seguridad, calidad y volumen requeridos; distribuyendo las cargas de trabajo del área. Gestiona recursos humanos, materiales y tiempo para la correcta ejecución de producción, monitoreando los indicadores claves que le permitan tomar decisiones a través de su liderazgo y dirección hacia su grupo de colaboradores.

Escolaridad
Ingeniería Industrial, Manufactura, Electrónica, Mecatrónica o Carrera afín.

Funciones y Responsabilidades
Lograr que su personal labore en un ambiente seguro con enfoque en la calidad.
Asegurar la calidad del producto y/o que el proceso cumpla con los estándares establecidos.
Administración del recurso humano (2 años).
Asegurar el plan de producción para cumplir con los requerimientos de nuestros clientes.
Promover e implementar proyectos de mejora y trabajo en equipo en su área.

Habilidades y Competencias
Manejo del idioma Ingles a nivel intermedio, 60% o superior.
Conocimiento de metodologías Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen y SMED.
Análisis de Causa Raíz.
Trabajo en equipo.
Comunicación asertiva.
Inteligencia emocional.
Manejo de conflictos.
Toma de decisiones.
MS Office (Excel).
