We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manufacturing Operations Supervisor to join our team at Breg México, S. De R. L. De C.V. in the Production/Manufactura department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our production area, ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards and production objectives are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of production staff, ensuring that production and quality objectives are met.
- Adjust staff and follow up on payroll incidents, as well as disciplinary measures.
- Ensure the correct execution of pre-payroll activities and other position-related tasks.
- Lead project management and data-driven decision making initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Bioengineering, or related field.
- 5 years of experience as a Production Supervisor.
- Bilingual, written and conversational English.
- Experience in Lean/Six Sigma tools.
- Knowledge in ERP system.
- Preferably experience in textile processes, assembly, or medical environment.
- Ability to communicate with different levels of the organization.
- Ability to lead several work teams.
- Schedule availability.
Working Conditions
- Full-time position.
- Monday to Friday, 7:00 am - 5:00 pm.
- Permanent contract.
Language Skills
- English: Spoken: 95%, Written: 95%.
