The Job

Esta posición implica el trabajo de liderar y coordinar proyectos audiovisuales desde su concepción hasta su ejecución final. TrabajarÃs en estrecha colaboración con equipos creativos y técnicos para garantizar la entrega oportuna y de alta calidad de contenido visual que cumpla con los estÃndares de nuestra empresa. Tu creatividad, experiencia en gestión de proyectos y habilidades de liderazgo serÃn fundamentales para el éxito en este rol.


Este trabajo no se trata solo de crear y ejecutar proyectos de primera línea. También implica construir una relación significativa y duradera entre nuestra compañía y las distintas casas productoras que en México nos proporcionan sus servicios de producción.

The Daily â Major Activities

  • Recibir y evaluar proyectos de Unscripted que tengan potencial para nuestras señales.
  • Supervisar y coordinar todas las etapas desde proceso de desarrollo hasta la postproducción.
  • Dirigir y motivar a los equipos de producción para garantizar un trabajo eficiente y de alta calidad.
  • Colaborar estrechamente con directores, guionistas, contenidistas y otros profesionales de la industria para garantizar la coherencia creativa en todos los aspectos del proyecto.
  • Administrar los presupuestos de producción y garantizar que se utilicen de manera efectiva y eficiente.
  • Supervisar la logística de producción y rodaje.
  • Supervisar el proceso de edición y postproducción para asegurar que el producto final cumpla con los estÃndares de calidad establecidos tantos a nivel de contenido como técnico.
  • Mantener una comunicación clara y efectiva con todas las partes interesadas del proyecto.

The Essentials

  • Experiencia previa como manager de producción audiovisual o en un rol similar.
  • Experiencia previa en proyectos de televisión abierta y/o televisión paga y/o streaming.
  • Experiencia en formatos de reality y documental.
  • Conocimiento profundo de los procesos de producción audiovisual, desde la preproducción hasta la postproducción.
  • Habilidades demostradas de liderazgo y gestión de equipos.
  • Capacidad para trabajar de manera efectiva bajo presión y cumplir con los plazos establecidos.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita.
  • Conocimiento de software y herramientas relevantes para la producción audiovisual.

The Nice to Have

  • Título universitario en producción audiovisual, cinematografía o un campo relacionado.
  • Nivel oral y escrito de Inglés
