Lo que implica este trabajo, será responsable de planificar, gestionar y administrar los servicios y la entrega oportuna de soluciones al interior de la organización y hacia el cliente.

Nos encontramos en búsqueda de una persona dinámica para el puesto de Site Manager para unirse a nuestro equipo:

  • Zona de trabajo: Ciudad de México
  • Horario de trabajo: Lunes a viernes de 9:00 a 18:00 hs.
  • Modalidad de trabajo: Presencial

Este rol es responsable de:

¿Cuál es tu día a día?

Planificar, gestionar y administrar los servicios y la entrega oportuna de soluciones al interior de la organización y hacia el cliente.

Dentro de las principales funciones destacamos:

  • Gestionar y controlar los servicios acordados con el cliente.
  • Coordinar y dirigir al equipo dentro de las instalaciones.
  • Administrar recursos humanos al interior del contrato: costos de personal, control de asistencia, reclutamiento.
  • Gestiona, revisa y presenta los informes técnicos, contables y financieros.
  • Controla e implementa estándares de seguridad y calidad.
  • Establece y controla indicadores para la gestión del contrato.
  • Controla las auditorías de ámbitos de la administración de Infraestructura (energía, activos, otros).
  • Herramientas de gestión de mantenimiento y administración de activos. 
  • Presentar Reportes semanales en el proceso de transición y los SOBR mensuales de los resultados del sitio.
  • Realizar y ejecutar el plan de trabajo del sitio garantizando el cumplimiento de los estándares a nivel de administración, operación, amenidades, Excelencia operacional.
  • Establecer KPIS del sitio y monitoreo de SLA través de la presentación de Dashboard mensual.
  • Controlar presupuesto del sitio.
  • Realizar encuestas semestrales de servicio al cliente.
  • Realizar y asegurar el cumplimiento de planes de acción salientes de las auditorías realizadas por el área central y de os resultados de los análisis de dashboards y encuestas de satisfacción.

Se requiere

  • Deseable: Ing. Industrial, Ing. Mecánico, Ing. Civil, Arquitectura, Lic. En Administración o carrera a fin. Titulado. Pasante.
  • Experiencia: Mínimo 3 años en puesto similar
