Desarrollar e implementar soluciones digitales enfocadas en la automatización, visualización, modelado y analisis de datos que ayuden a acelerar la toma de decisiones perspicaces, ágiles y que agreguen valor para contribuir al crecimiento rentable y sostenible de la compañía.


Un día en la vida de...


  • Desarrollar e implementar herramientas relacionadas a la visualización de datos que faciliten identificar las oportunidades y riesgos dentro de la operación financiera de la compañía.
  • Automatizar procesos para reducir tiempos relacionados a la construcción de la información implementando RPAs, aplicaciones, scripts y cualquier otro tipo de soluciones con programación alineadas a las herramientsa de la compañía.
  • Soportar la toma de decisiones y hacer frente a los continuos retos externos a la empresa a través de métodos de aplicación como matemáticas, estadísticas e informática.
  • Habilitar la toma de decisiones basada en datos mediante la creación de modelos o prototipos personalizados a partir de tendencias o patrones percibidos junto con sus implicaciones.
  • Expandir y optimizar la arquitectura de datos y optimizar el flujo y su recopilación para equipos multifuncionales.
  • Evaluar la necesidad de análisis y qué fuentes de datos internas o externas usar o adquirir. Especificar y aplicar técnicas matemáticas, estadísticas, de modelado predictivo o de machine learning apropiadas para analizar datos, generar propuestas, crear valor y respaldar la toma de decisiones.
  • Comunicar conceptos de transformación digital y participar en el desarrollo de habilidades digitales en diferentes areas de la organización.

Lo que te hará exitoso:


  • 3 a 4 años de experiencia en posiciones similares
  • Inglés avanzado
  • Licenciatura: Ingeniería Industrial, administrativas, comercio internacional o afines
  • Manejo de Python, PowerBI, SQL, RPA.
