The SAP Analyst is responsible for providing functional support for SAP at our site in Mexico. As a member of the team, this person will work closely with end users on site on support issues, enhancement requests and projects.

About the Role
  • Contact person for customers and employees in system matters of SAP and Creating support tickets
  • Creating Change Requests (CR) in consultation with the customer
  • Requesting users’ creation in the customer portal
  • Creating and maintaining SAP training documentation
  • Instructing employees in system-relevant topics
  • Participation in maintaining the warehouse structure in SAP
  • Reporting any equipment failure by means of the approved processes in a timely manner
  • Participation in KPIs generation from system data  

Your Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Computer Science, Computers, Electrical, Electronics, MIS, Business Administration, Accountancy or in a related field of study - will accept equivalent foreign degree).
  • Experience in the logistics field
  • Advanced knowledge in SAP WMS, MM, SD.
  • Knowledge of Business Intelligence tools.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • English skills
  • Independent work, high resilience, flexibility, teamwork, great commitment
