The SAP Analyst is responsible for providing functional support for SAP at our site in Mexico. As a member of the team, this person will work closely with end users on site on support issues, enhancement requests and projects.
About the Role
Contact person for customers and employees in system matters of SAP and Creating support tickets Creating Change Requests (CR) in consultation with the customer Requesting users’ creation in the customer portal Creating and maintaining SAP training documentation Instructing employees in system-relevant topics Participation in maintaining the warehouse structure in SAP Reporting any equipment failure by means of the approved processes in a timely manner Participation in KPIs generation from system dataYour Key Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Computer Science, Computers, Electrical, Electronics, MIS, Business Administration, Accountancy or in a related field of study - will accept equivalent foreign degree). Experience in the logistics field Advanced knowledge in SAP WMS, MM, SD. Knowledge of Business Intelligence tools.
