Security Operations Analist
General Role Purpose
Asegurar la aplicación de los procedimientos y políticas de Seguridad establecidas por el FIM y las adecuaciones de cada localidad, para los Inmuebles, Sucursales y ATM’s de la institución, para garantizar la seguridad de los activos de la empresa. Asegurar que la Institución reciba de acuerdo a sus necesidades, los servicios y equipos de seguridad mínimos, para salvaguardar la integridad física del personal de la empresa, clientes, proveedores, bienes e instalaciones. Supervisar a su personal a cargo de la seguridad, garantizando que lleven a cabo estrategias de seguridad en cada una de las plazas a su cargo. Responsabilidades
· Atiende a las sucursales, edificio y/o cajero automático que haya sido afectado por un evento, por medio de la visita a las instalaciones siniestradas, para emitir el informe que detalle hechos con imágenes y secuencia de los hechos, hacer las recomendaciones correspondientes.
· Define estrategias y asegura que se supervisen edificios, Sucursales y ATM para reducir la posible intrusión y verse afectado el patrimonio de la institución.
· Responsable de llevar a cabo las auditorías de seguridad a Edificios, Sucursales, para validar que se cumplen con los lineamientos establecidos, generar los reportes correspondientes, notificar a las diferentes instancias para generar los planes de acción.
· Responsabilidad de edificios corporativos.
· Es responsable del correcto desempeño de las actividades de los proveedores de servicios de seguridad y asegura que por medio de la asignación correcta de consignas que garanticen el uso correcto de recursos, llevar la medición de estos recursos para poder dar un seguimiento adecuado del proveedor a través del score card.
· Manejar a los asesores y analistas a su cargo y dar soporte a empleados y clientes en caso de necesitar asesoría acerca de la seguridad en el banco.
· Supervisa temas de protección ejecutiva en su zona cuando es requerido.
· Atiende los casos de secuestro, extorsion, amenazas, ilícitos, etc. que le sean reportados por los colaboradores de HBMX y da soporte y capacitación sobre estos temas a los equipos de PS de otros países que lo requieran.
