REPRESENTANTE DE VENTAS - TABASCO

Un representante de ventas es una persona orientada a resultados que será responsable de la ejecución y el análisis comercial. El candidato seleccionado podrá mejorar la satisfacción del cliente, cumplir con los objetivos de ventas y rentabilidad. Los candidatos tendrán mayor éxito si tienen experiencia en análisis, planificación financiera o gestión minorista.

¿Qué estamos buscando?
  • Experiencia como REPRESESENTANTE DE VENTAS mínimo 2 años.
  • Experiencia en canal MAYOREO (deseable).
  • Excel intermedio/avanzado (Excluyente)
  • Power BI (deseable).
  • Habilidades Analíticas.
  • Licenciatura en Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería o campo relevante.
  • Habilidades de liderazgo y orientación empresarial.
  • Habilidades de gestión de clientes.
  • Fuertes habilidades organizativas. Buena comunicación y habilidades interpersonales.
  • Posesión de licencia de conducir vigente.
  • Vivir dentro de los límites del territorio.

¿Cuáles serán sus responsabilidades clave?
  • Analizar Sell Out - Sell In, rendimiento de la cartera frente a índices de referencia y agencias. Coordinar órdenes de compra: pedidos sugeridos, necesidades del cliente versus requisitos internos, fechas y puertas.
  • Desarrollar estrategias comerciales para aumentar el grupo de nuestros clientes, ampliar el tráfico de las tiendas y optimizar la rentabilidad.
  • Cumplir con los objetivos de ventas capacitando, motivando, asesorando y brindando retroalimentación al personal de ventas.
  • Garantizar altos niveles de satisfacción de los clientes a través de un excelente servicio.
  • Completar la administración de la tienda y garantizar el cumplimiento de las políticas y procedimientos.
  • Mantener condiciones excepcionales de la tienda y estándares de comercialización visual. Informe sobre tendencias de compra, necesidades de los clientes, beneficios, etc.
  • Proponer ideas innovadoras para aumentar la cuota de mercado. Realizar evaluaciones del desempeño del personal para evaluar las necesidades de capacitación y construir trayectorias profesionales.
  • Tratar todos los problemas que surjan del personal o de los clientes (quejas, quejas, etc.)
