OBJETIVO Responsable de construir tarifas de todos los segmentos transient, creación y soporte del equipo de RMAS con ciertos reportes y tareas tácticas de inventario y ejecución de estrategia, auxiliar en tareas administrativas. REPORTA A Director/Senior Manager CALA RMAS

  • Excelente conocimiento de los sistemas de revenue management de Marriott.
  • Excelente conocimiento de los sistemas de inventario de cuartos de Marriott.
  • Amplio manejo de conceptos, tácticas y procesos en Revenue Management.
  • Comprender como evaluar las tendencias del negocio.
  • Amplio razonamiento deductivo
  • Atención al detalle, orientado en asignación de tareas y la habilidad de llegar a una conclusión.

Funciones Específicas:
  1. Áreas clave y responsabilidades:

- Autorización de cuartos, tarifas y restricciones en Marsha.

- Utilizar los sistemas de manejo de revenue de Marriott para asegurarse que los ingresos y ganancias son maximizados.

- Ser un experto en términos de inventario y restricciones de cuartos.

- Apoyar al equipo de CALA RMAS en las tareas diarias de la oficina.

- Ejecución y distribución de paquetes.

- Apoyo con hoteles y preparación de llamadas de Estrategia
  1. Habilidades Analíticas:

- Reportes diarios, semanales y mensuales que ayuden a formular estrategias
  1. Manejo de Inventario:
  • Uso efectivo de One Yield y restricciones
  • Crear y actualizar los rate codes necesarios. Borrar los viejos o en desuso.
  • Manejo efectivo del inventario de cuartos.
  • Monitorear y documentar los eventos especiales, congresos y ferias
  1. Mantenimiento de sistemas:
  • HPP (High Performance Pricing)
  • MarRFP
  • MRDW
  • One Yield
  • MARSH
