Objetivo:
Impacto directo en la consecución del margen objetivo de la empresa (CMA) mediante un crecimiento rentable en todas las categorías influyendo directamente en GSV, D&A y NSV.
Responsable del presupuesto anual total de D&A de la empresa (40 millones de dólares) basado en la rentabilidad y el análisis del ROI, y de la estrategia promocional de diseño para los principales clientes mediante el seguimiento y el ajuste de nuestro plan maestro en todos los canales. También será responsable de crear una estrategia de precios anual con un impacto de 11 millones de dólares anuales y de crear una estrategia de precios para todos los proyectos de innovación.
Actividades:
1. Control de la inversión promocional y planificación comercial.
2. Responsable de los ingresos comerciales y de la gestión de las notas de crédito para todos los canales.
3. Dirigir y aplicar las directrices de promoción.
4. Dirigir la estrategia de precios y la combinación por categoría.
Competencias (experiencias/ Formación):
Licenciatura (Finanzas, Economía, Marketing, Ingeniería Industrial o similar)
3 años de experiencia en áreas financieras o de ventas.
Habilidades (Conocimientos/ Capacidades):
Excel - Avanzado
Inglés - fluido
Habilidades principales: alta analítica, influir en los demás, gestión de conflictos
