Summary: As Project Specialist you will provide management and coordination support, support to client teams, leadership, other internal operations teams and interfacing functional areas. Assist Electrical Vehicle leadership in navigating the company’s internal project management and operational processes. Location: Mexico City

As project Specialist will support critical services include the management and execution of projects, new business meeting coordination, project development analysis, and internal management processes tools support for leadership.

Location: Mexico City (CDMX)

Main responsabilities:

  • Help create and execute low to medium complexity playbooks, workplans and processes for Electric Vehicle projects.
  • Support in the coordination with clients and vendors for Products/ Solutions.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision and ability to work with diverse individuals.
  • Provide input into the creation of operational processes.
  • Demonstrate technical knowledge of supporting tools and processes.
  • Research & Support in the development of EV materials/Biz Cases for internal and external use.
  • Help in the coordination of Electric Vehicle or related events.

This role will be critical in the operation and implementation of end-to-end projects. Therefore, it will have an immediate impact on the success of current and future projects in this division, as well as influence customer satisfaction.

In addition, this position will help to standardize processes (e.g., Procurement, Sourcing, Maintenance) to improve the end-to-end offering of EVs solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (preference to Master's degree in Project Management, sustainability, energy or technology)
  • English fluency (oral and written advanced)
  • Busines Management education desirable

Must Have:

  • 5 years proven work experience if in project management and coordinating multidisciplinary teams in fast paced environments.
  • Work experience in the Electric Vehicle, Startups or Service sector is desirable (automotive industry or releated)

Good to have:

  • Understanding of management operations processes and tools (e.g., SmartSheet, Monday.com, Power BI).
  • Demonstrated technical knowledge related to mobility, infrastructure, startups, automotive industry or releated

Competence:

  • Excellent oral and written communications skills in English.
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision and guidance, learning new responsibilities quickly.
  • This role requires a confident communicator and team player with robust interpersonal skills and a “can-do” attitude.
  • As a Project Specialist requiere ability to work with diverse individuals and teams.
  • Excellent team building, attention to detail and facilitation skills.
  • Excellent time management organizational / time management / data management skills.
  • Highly proficient in following and applying processes as Project Specialist
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft applications.
