Engagement Access Strategy Lead (VPM) 

         

Your Tasks & Responsible:

  

1. In conjunction with the HEOR Head develop with clinical and economic value, the brand proposal for listing and gaining access in Public and Private Market and ensure understanding, alignment, and support from Market Access Liaison (MAC) and collaborate with them through the implementation process with the rest of the stakeholders.

2. Develop the Pricing recommendation scenarios for approval by HEOR Head and MAC liaison.

3. Development of in-house Pharmacoeconomic studies.

4. Collaborate in the Pricing Approval Processes for new launches and price modification in private and public market.

5. Design and manage RWE and Multicriteria Decision Analysis Studies development.

6. Position Bayer as a key stakeholder in Health Economics and Health Technology Assessment areas with ISPOR and other Key Associations and Payers.

7. Adaptation of economic evaluations for institutions submissions for Private Market internally or externally.

8. Plan and align a Publication Process required to demonstrate value of current and future pipeline.

9. Develop and align Payer Value Communication Tools requirement to procure funds.

10. Collaborate with Health Policy and map out evidence generation to provide the right support for disease prioritization amongst others.

11. Design and lead HEOR Competencies Plan for entire Sales Force/Internal cross-functional/Market Access teams.

12. Participate in the local Chambers and Associations to collect key strategic data, include Bayer in key activities and coordinate execution of a yearly plan with ISPOR and other associations.

13. Maintain a map and continued contact with Regional and global HEOR colleagues to identify HEOR and RWE as well as Pricing and Reimbursement materials that can add value to local access processes.

14. Help HEOR Head to ensure Pricing Governance is correctly implemented and all the audit processes are correctly executed and coordinate update of local Pricing Policies.

15. Monthly confirmation of prices in Corporate Pricing Database in collaboration with finance.

16. Bi-weekly confirmation of Price and Reimbursement timelines in CPD in collaboration with MAC.

17. Coordinate the yearly Price Report to Ministry of Economy.

 

Who You Are:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree (mandatory) in economics, business (administration, international and others related with the position), statistics, actuarial sciences, or engineering.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in HEOR in Pharmaceutical Industry as consultant and at least 3 year experience as Pharmacoeconomics, HEOR. Value Proposition, Pricing or related as Manager/Coordinator levels.
  • High level of English (written and reading)
  • At least 1 year experience with the following software: Excel (Must), Treeage (mid-level); Stata / R-software / E-views / Arena (any of them mid-level).
