Sr. Technical Consultant

Job Description

Concentrix Catalyst is the experience design and engineering team of Concentrix, a leading global solutions company that reimagines everything CX through strategy talent and technology. We combine human-centered design powerful data and strong tech to accelerate CX transformation at scale. The Catalyst Team is seeking to hire a DevSecOps to join our full-time team as full-time employee.

  • Sr. Technical Consultant will focus primarily on the implementation and customization of the ServiceNow platform and the development of the modules specific to the customerâs needs. 
      

  • Additional Job Description
    • ServiceNow RPA experience - Most important requirement
    • ServiceNow Integrations experience
    • Mandatory certifications: CSA and CIS
    • 2+ years ServiceNow experience
    • Experience required in app engine, flow designer, Next Experience UI
    • 2+ years JavaScript experience  
    • 2+ years using JavaScript frameworks such as AngularJS, ReactJS  
    • Knows fundamentals of the web  
    • Very good communication skills in Spanish. Advanced in English.
    • Good collaboration, teamwork, and learning skills  
    • Consulting or Pre-Sales experience in cloud services
